 Common Fault Diagnosis And Treatment

Cause 1. Oil leakage of plunger and oil outlet valve of the injection pump, the low oil supply pressure of injection pump, insufficient oil supply;

Treatment: remove the injection pump for adjustment inspection, and replace the plunger and oil outlet valve joint if necessary.

Cause 2. Bad atomization of injector, oil drop, nozzle damage, or improper thickness of injector seal gasket;

Treatment: remove the injector for adjustment inspection, and replace the nozzle or gasket if necessary.

Cause 3. Insufficient pressure of low-pressure oil pipeline, the main reason is that the low-pressure oil line return screw one-way valve of the injection pump is not close or damaged, resulting in strict sealing;

Treatment: check the low-pressure oil path of fuel and replace the return valve or pipeline parts when necessary.

Cause 4. Oil pump damage, too low fuel pressure;

Treatment: remove the oil pump for inspection, and replace the oil pump when necessary.
